My first trip to Dubai was apprehensive, but this fear was unfounded. This place is absolutely fantastic for a short break. It feels so very safe, why can't we feel this way in England. It was refreshing to walk around the bars and restaurants at night without encountering any English type of job behavior or drunks. The taxis are plentiful and cheap with no ripping off. The hotel was excellent especially all the Indian staff.
