The Grand Hyatt is a hotel of very high standard, the rooms are very clean and luxurious, and the staff is very helpful.
The hotel has a very impressive spa, there are a number of swimming pools and the pool staff is very helpful they cannot do enough for you. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai as it really made our holiday one to remember.
Dubai is a rich country and staying in this hotel made us feel like royalty, we were very surprised to be collected from the airport in a brand new 7 series BMW.
